       What you are referring to as "Android" is, in fact, AOSP/GMS, or as I've recently taken to calling it, AOSP plus Google.AOSP is not an operating system onto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning Google system made useful by the GApps, Google Wallet and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by Google.
