       I was reading IEEE 1801, and, well..."Compliant processors reading UPF files use full Tcl interpreters to process the UPF files. Compliantprocessors shall use Tcl version 8.4 or above. "Looks like I /do/ need to write a TCL interpreter, would  made SDC parsing a bit easier too...

       @stag I mean, it sure  is a language :vI'm not a big fan languages that mix code and data to such an extent, and of the ones that do I prefer the syntax of LISP-family languages over TCLGranted, because I'm involved in EDA, and TCL came out of some of the first ASIC layout software, it's everywhere and i'm forced to deal with it, :v

       @lethalbit@chaos.social im a lisp fanatic but i sure do enjoy a good bit of tcl once in a whileits really quite amazing the strange things you can do by hacking strings togetherid probably hate it if i had to work with it daily though

       @stag Yeah! It was made as part of the software package called `magic`  which is one of the oldest VLSI layout programs around (And is still updated and used!)

       @the_art_of_giving_up None of the existing stuff is quite up to my quality standards, and would need a bunch of extra hacking at to make work how I need,So, *shrug* just gonna write a minimal subset TCL parser/eval and go from there,
