It's because he's constantly drunk but there are levels to his drunkenness, his cycle is as followsGet incredibly drunk and lash out at the Kino Casino all night because he can't sleep from all the booze and pills -> sober up just enough come morning to do his show where he's only moderately drunk and severely wet brained and is sane enough to not bring it up -> sun goes down, time to get belligerently drunk again!!

All I know about The Quartering is he broke one very interesting story during the wokening of Disney - that they were mass purchasing tickets for their bombs to reduce the humiliation. Or at least he signal boosted it, I think some other streamer discovered it in the context of Solo A Star Wars Story. They somehow figured out that the show was 'sold out' and snuck in and discovered it was playing to an empty theater. I was skeptical of this... then I observed it firsthand with fake sold seats at show after show from 2021-2023.Oh, and he's also the clumsiest self promoter I've ever seen, half his attention deficit editing style videos are shilling of one sort of another. A real mediocrity.

In Quartering's case, it's due to an inability of his visual cortex to properly co-ordinate his rectus/oblique oculus muscles together. One will lag behind the other.Wall-eye is when one or two of the six muscles that controls eye movement is mostly or completely dysfunctional, causing the affected eye to be permanently skewed out of binocular focus.
