       Introducing my girlfriend to the Narnia films, with eventual plans to show her the 80s/90s mini series' and the 1979 animated movie too.I do hope the new Greta Gerwig adaptation is succesful enough for them to adapt the whole series of books this time. I've always wanted to see them do The Magician's Nephew, and also how they handle the, uh, events...of The Last Battle.

       @Sylvhem I mostly just kinda wanna see the bit where Aslan tells all the characters (except Susan, that filthy atheist feminist) that they've been dead the entire book and then they all laugh like a freeze-frame ending of a 70s TV comedy.

       @wyatt @Sylvhem *nods*The books are problematic in so many ways (their dpiction of Middle Eastern cultures & religions being the biggest issues, from memory), but I do love them.Magician's Nephew is my fave, too.
