We live in a society run by dipshits elected by other dipshits.Not to mention the past history of war crimes by every major power, literally no actively-major power has _ever_ been punished by other countriesThe only force that has ever backed international decrees is _force_, and the ICC doesn't have that.In practical terms, it's just a vehicle for larger countries to force smaller ones to their will.
