       today's journey is presented by the DB Tagesticket (day pass), that is also valid on long-distance trains :dragnwitch: Didn't know such a ticket even existed until yesterday. It's also kinda tricky to find any info on it, unless at the site where it can be obtained (not bought).

       on the bright side: ICE 15 did get rid of the initial and temporarily accumulated (Cologne Central, who would've guessed‽ /s) delay, reached the expected 300 km/h, and i caught my connection with a decent chunk of time to spare :3yet … i did spend less time on a BR408 than i hoped for. mean! :neofox_floof_sad_reach: Now onwards to Hanau, on a stinky non-electrified train:https://travelynx.de/status/nya/1775389080?token=8000105-222
