       @tj @magicalthinking @PNS I was so very fortunate. I saw Paris in the '90s and was able to move about freely, on my own, or with other girls. Bastille night was always dicey, but generally OK. Those were foundational memories for me. So much art, and literature and history to drink in. Museum after museum. The Rodin is one of my all time favorites.Now, I pray for the safety of my friends that live in the city and I wouldn't go back for any reason. Tbh,  I feel the same about London now too.
