       @wasabi I've tried Kate, Lite-XL, and the recently released Gram: https://gram.liten.app/Gram is the best one I've tried so far - with the caveat that 1.1 and 1.2 are broken on X11, so I'm still on 1.0, which is a solid release nevertheless.

       @higuma yeah that's kind of how I remembered my experience with it from a few years ago, which is definitely not what I'm looking for since it's already difficult to stay motivated with coding after 3 years of unemployement :blobcatAww:
