       Neighborhood Pond from a DroneThese photos were taken using a DJI Mavic Mini drone at about 100 feet (or about 30.5 meters) in southeast Michigan this past Saturday, March 28, 2026. There are some signs of things turning green this spring.

       There are definitely some. At least one big snapping turtle.
