       @swirly Having seen the source code and helped a friend debug an issue with Misskey... I'd say lots of features implemented jankily isn't exactly a good thing :mukiPeek: And Sharkey is a Misskey soft fork so...

       @swirly Not too long ago using Misskey and Misskey-derived software was the fad, and when confronted with the code quality everyone was like "I can fix it"Now most of the efforts have fizzled, and I think quite a lot of goodies ended up being reimplemented in Akkoma and (maybe) glitchsoc...Not to say that it wouldn't ever have another rise, just wanted to say that it has, in fact, been tried :mukiPeek:
