       @kotecamacho @mtthgn @harriorrihar I'm not sure about how look the fearure in TVPaint (I was one of their beta tester more than 15 years ago, and also for Mirage 😅) Can you describe the effect?Krita support colored brush tips, animated or static.        @davidrevoy @mtthgn @harriorrihar Yes, hehe, I also had Bauhaus Mirage, and before that I had Aura for windows too... just as in TVPaint, you could choose the TWO colors that will affect –by tint– any grayscale brush, or color brush. So as you paint, with a single grayscale brush, you can colorpick any combined tones, and give texture to the stroke.

       @davidrevoy @mtthgn @harriorrihar However, in my Krita experiments, I only could tint the animbrush with a single color. Only alpha is used in Krita – and grayscale info is ignored. Is there any other way to achieve dual color?

       I mean, you could create a new brush for every two color conbination, but that wouldn't be not a fluent workflow to paint...  @davidrevoy @mtthgn @harriorrihar

       @kotecamacho About 'only repetitive sequence starting by 1' in Krita: no, at brush creation, you have a menu to decide some options for the way the 'sprite' of the brush are loaded, it include by pressure, by orientation, random and by sequence, afair.        @kotecamacho About the brush stoke with two colors built in: it can be replicated, with Krita grayscale brushtips 'Lightness Map' mode, and Gradient Map on it,  using the 'foreground' as a color.
