       Was anyone around to play this in the arcade back in the day? I feel like I need more context on what it was like because it doesn't feel interesting to play now. It's so much rote memorization, to drain your quarters- I can't even begin to imagine how much it would have cost to clear the whole thing. There's an easy mode here, but even then you spend all your time watching the QTE indicator and not even seeing the nice animations.

       @SitaDulip @aceattveg for me it was the visuals. Compared to the vector or low res games of the times, it was completely unique, like a cartoon you could control.

       @wininoid @SitaDulip I can definitely imagine that if I walked into an arcade at 6 or 7 years old I would have been mesmerized by it- and this is even considering it would have been around 1990. But I don't think I ever did come across one. No way my parents would have given me enough money anyway- not in the age of "Let's just get a game for your Nintendo" instead of wasting those quarters.

       @aceattveg I did. It was the first game I played with QTE (it was the one that invented it, after all) and I absolutely hated it.In fact I credit this game to me loathing QTE.The only thing it did well were animations and graphics which for the time were absolutely gorgeous and groundbreaking.

       @aceattveg @SitaDulip yeah, I had to balance getting 45's, Star Wars action figures, pizza slices, and quarters for video games with my allowance each week. :)
