       I’m so white that I ordered spicy broth and the waiter said no 😭In the end we compromised on him giving me plain broth and the spice on a side dish so I could “mix in a spoonful”

       @0xabad1dea I was at a local Chinese restaurant today that caters to the elderly all you can fry buffet population. I was ordering from the menu and tried my best to say the chinese name printed on the menu. The waitress was so surprised to hear someone looking like German white bread to speak Chinese, she assumed I must have been to China. She also assumed I would want my dish spicy. You got to understand they come from the other side of the spectrum and usually serve bland. I said no ^^
