       Pretty much exactly 6 years ago I ditched windows for Linux, not because I enjoy working on / with computers so much, but because I thought "It can't be that much worse". And considering how much I fight with the windows machines at work I was right, fuck that noise. For CAD I've always used fusion because it just worked for me, but with the recent updates I am once again considering freecad, at least that doesn't come with a fucking AI assistant.

       I'm not saying freecad is a worse choice than fusion, but I'm pretty good with fusion and freecad just speaks an entirely different language.
