@newt I've been torrenting from a cheap-ish VPS ever since I moved and couldn't get an internet connection without carrier-grade NAT for IPv4 and discovered that trying to force torrent clients to only do IPv6 is nigh impossible to get working right ...Was initially annoyed, but after I discovered I could just stream my disposable downloads (and that's like 99% of them) directly over an sshfs mount so I don't even need to waste my own SSD space even temporarily ... haven't really looked back ever since.

@newt Clouvider, but there's probably much better options (their VPS offers are somewhat stingy with storage), I mainly use the VPS there for other things and occasionally torrent there with transmission on the the command line.

@newt @pingviini BuyVM used to not care about DMCA in the LX location and probably still does not in the Swiss one. Owner is an idiot though. 1984 hosting might also not care, but they aren't cheap. The random providers in places like Romania and Moldova don't usually care either.
