       I like helping people with errands because it's really explicit, vs "hanging out" makes me nervous because I don't know their intentions and expectations and when they're gonna choose to corner me or get bored of me and I don't know which is worse

       @august it's not always well defined or comfortable from their perspective tho, culturally, maybe, people can be nervous asking for help let alone labour, and even if I anticipate needs and offer myself they might still worry about being indebted somehow - and I'm like no, I'm for using, it's not that deepthank fuck for angel shifts at least
