       @Stellar I have a terribly vague memory of learning why this was the case but yeah in some cases when someone adds an account they don't follow to a list something like @system.proxy@enby.life will try add that person if it needs someone to follow to ensure federation, i forgor the details beyond thatI just piped up to say hi, I wonder if that made them feel odd but y'know, in  their sheos, I'd rather know if my list adding was sending out follow requests from a robot ​:akko_shrug:​
