       Hey everyone, it’s Tina. I’ve got a serious update about one of the worst corners of the Fediverse I’ve ever seen: the Drink And Drive Pleroma instance. What started out as a place for edgy jokes has spiraled into a breeding ground for hate and extremist talk, all under the watch of its admin, Forest of Enchantment (@forestofenchantment). He’s openly flirted with fascist ideas and, most recently, made awful jokes at the expense of Black people. That’s not just disappointing—it’s dangerous.A bunch of us have filed reports against this instance because it keeps crossing every line. @Shrigglepuss put together a detailed fediblock report, laying out all the offenses. Instead of owning up, someone else from that server—@ins0mniak@mikoshidata.cloud—replied to Shrigglepuss’s report with a hateful slur. It’s exactly the sort of toxicity we’re fighting against.As a moderator at tootworld.social, I had to take a stand. I’ve suspended the Drink And Drive instance and blocked @ins0mniak from interacting with our community—no more posts, no more follows, no more boosts.
