       I often say we should talk more about money etc so:I currently get ~20k/y from my job (16h/week, fully remote, times are trust based, I choose when I work). I make some money from my companies (varies) and get 250 (less than im entitled to, I dont feel like I need that much) for some voluntary work. My flat is ~40m² near university with 340€ rent. The job is still paying what I got when I started and im overdue for a promotion but the past two years no one got any so I am currently looking into increasing hours or finding something new. I have a lot of expensive stuff I want to buy (motorcycle license, drone gear, hardware, ...) and a lot of regular expenses (bouldering, servers, study fees, food, travels, events, ...) How much are you all earning and how are the work conditions? Besides the salary im pretty happy.
