       This Eid I managed to prepare feseekh, a traditional dish loved by many in Gaza 🐟Feseekh is salted and fermented fish, characterized by its strong taste and special smell. It may seem strange to some, but for us it holds beautiful memories, family gatherings, and the joy of Eid.
