       @tj I’m finishing up the Cormoran Strike’s series by Robert Galbraith (aka JK Rowling). GREAT detective series with truly bad criminals, flawed hero & heroine, & complicated relationships. Highly recommended.

       @tj @mhjohnson all this audiobook talk makes me think i need to copy off my audiobooks archived on dvds to one of the external hardrives.  i have several already on the harddrives, just not all of them.which means i need to rebuild my desktop..nut ballz

       @mhjohnson @tj Nueromanacer AND Snowcrash.  😉Count Zero and the Burn Chrome short story collection are solid too.  That's where i got the "chrome" part of my handle.  The Peripheral is a bit of a head trip,. took me a second read to really get it.   Don't bother with the TV adaptation.  And don't bother with the second book in the series.  He clearly had a really bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome when he wrote it.  He took the really speculative tech and made it  mundane & boring.
