@gnome I've boosted, but fyi (and you may already know this, apologies if so) starring does nothing since there's no algorithmic feeds. Just highlighting since folks might think starring helps with reach like it does on other platforms.

@gnome @jonathan favorites count as an interaction which is used to calculate the “trending” posts on instances, so it's not completely useless! It also helps us know what posts resonate with people. No it's not the same as legacy social media but it still has its purposes.

@gnome Gnome 50 looks great. I have heard that session restore is not yet part of the release. Do you know, if it is an experimental feature or if it hasn't been included at all. If the latter, do you guess it will come with 50.x or rather 52?#Gnome #Gnome50 #Wayland #Sessionrestore
