Full caff Irish breakfast tea at 0230. The breakfast of champions ^h being unable to sleep anymore, not wanting to wake my wife up with nonstop nose trumpeting, and hoping a hot drink will clear things up a bitOn the plus side the cough is almost gone and I woke up able to open both eyes without difficulty. So i think I'm on the mend?

@azonenberg a great choice…but I would think much of the Irish breakfast tea would be drunk with a splash or dash of milk…but each to their own🫖👍

@g7vkq I've never been a fan of milk in my tea. If I want a hot milk-based beverage it's going to be hot cocoa.I have my teas either straight up, or with a touch of sugar, depending on the specific blend and how I'm feeling that day. Generally the more fruity herbals I'll add a bit of sweetness to, while black tea I have unsweetened, but there are some exceptions (the cinnamon-orange herbal blend I have doesn't need any sugar for example)

@azonenberg I’ve recently been trying to reduce my caffeine intake and switched to fresh lemon juice & hot water instead of tea, and discovered it to be very refreshing. However you can’t beat that feeling of rejuvenation and bliss from the first cup of tea (or coffee) in the morning. Enjoy☺️

@g7vkq I could probably use the caffeine after sleeping most of the last couple of days lol.
