Absolutely gross and putrid, albeit perfectly fine to eat from nutrition/health point of view. I doubt you will find anyone who makes it their whole diet, though. Dunno what the fag in OP means by germ theory - fermentation is method explicitly used to kill germs, and it was used for that purpose before people even knew about their existence, lol. :momoistare:
