Wouldn't it be nice to just allow humans to do human stuff again without explaingin oneself.Like dancing, singing, drawing.Just do stuff. Sing wrong. Dance badly. draw poorly. No one cares! Just don't do it where it annoys others, but in your own home go for it.Want to draw the tree you see? Go for it!It looks like shit? Who cares!Got a good song stuck in your head? Sing it!Have too much energy? Dance it off! You look like a dork or Körperklaus? Just fucking don't care!!!We lost so much by just not doing stuff anymore and have the internet full of a fuckton of talented people (and GenAI) who are naturally better than you. But just do stuff that you enjoy. You don't have to show anyone!Get a colouring book and start that. No one have to see it!Just get going with the human stuff! The economy can wait!

@Erpel @catraxx I remember also Daimler getting a big check from the gov during covid and then turning around and send out quite high dividends to their shareholders. Obviously they got grilled for that (pretty sure you know lol). I think they ended up paying back?

And when they made a plus that year they payed a big dividend to the shareholders isntead of ending short time working.Reasoning back then was: The market needs it that way or the shareholder go away.

@edithmair1@social.tchncs.de @catraxx@tech.lgbt Daimler, Bosch, etc.All of the Big atomotive indutries are laying off people because the profits dropped.Basically for them its just the right time to do it, before they run into the reds... BEcause with such a panic approach "WE WILL BE BNKCRUPT TOMORROW" they can fore the worker union to agree to a lot of things and if its just a severance payment for those who want to leave
