       @Dan_Ramos Yeah, it will probably be over turned eventually. Income tax is against the state constitution, we've voted against having an income tax 11 times already, polls have this as 80% opposed, but this is a 1 party ruled state, so the Democrats just do whatever they want.They added some things later to try and make it nicer, like no tax on diapers, but when the Republicans tried to add that on a vote earlier the Democrats shouted "NOOOO!" There's a clip of that somewhere.
