       I was recently informed that my team’s work is part of “saving” the corporation over a hundred million dollars a year.it troubles the fuck out of me that none of us get any extra compensation for that massive amount of money

       especially since I was hired, as it turns out, for about 60% what I’m actually worth (and way less than my teammates make)and that I was told there was “no way” to fix that but, nobody else has hired me yet. so I’m grateful to Be Employed and Not Dead

       if anybody wants to hire a kind, thoughtful, experienced web front-end engineer who is happy to mentor, work with clients, and participate in the design process while also caring deeply about coding things the right way, by hand, as often as possibleyou can pay me 1/500th of what I saved my company last year and make me happy as a clam!!!!!
