       I heard a flock of redwing blackbirds this morning!! They signal the return of the first wave of birds for the spring; the grackles and robins won't be far behind. This is about 2 weeks earlier than last year, thank the gods, because winter started early and the cabin fever is real.

       @Cat_LeFey This is the most mild winter I've ever been this annoyed by. For me, it's the return of the turkey vultures that signals a return to warmer weather.
