       I feel the need to be transparent about the fact that i am an abuser. I want people to be able to make an informed decision in engaging with me.The facts are thus:I know 4 people that directly told me that i abused them and one person that called me their abuser, messaging my girlfriend.Forms of abusive behavior i exhibited:- emotional manipulation (sometimes by threat of suicide)- violating boundaries in regards to bodily autonomyAlthough i've been confronted with my abusive behavior for the first time over 4 years ago, i only just now started a counseling process to actively address my abusive pattterns, with the intention to change. [edit 06/04/25 currently paused while i'm in survivor counseling] I am aware that social services counseling is not the same as an accountability process and that the german guidelines for social services working with the perpetrators of domestic abuse are problematic in certain regards.(1/2)
