Submission

Manuscripts should be in English. They should be written clearly and concisely. either in a LaTeX file (preferred) or in a MS Word file, along with the corresponding PDF file via e-mail to the Editor-in-Chief.

The papers will be refereed within 60 working days of submission. Resubmitted papers will be refereed within 20 working days of submission.

Copyright

Upon acceptance of an article, authors are required to sign a copyright transfer form before publication. This transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information In addition, it returns to authors and their employers full rights to reuse their material for their own purposes. Authors must submit a signed copy of this form with the final version of their manuscript.
