Saw people laughing about another Ukrainian missile in Poland yesterday. Today I mentioned to my wife that according to the U.S. Government, American economy is "roaring". That set her off. Apparently, the selection in stores shrunk dramatically over the last two years. Most of the withdrawn products could be substituted. For example, a deep pie crust cannot be replaced with a shallow crust, but it can be made from scratch. I was only familiar with product replacement, such as the Fred Upton's (R-MI) ban on incandescent light bulbs. But it seems that the situation with foods and feminine products is a disaster. I was just isolated from it.
