@foxyoreos @louis I was honestly put off by the language of the PR. The project stated that they want to be politically neutral as a project and I can fully understand that.The PR literally was a single sentence calling the projects maintainers supremacists or at least very strongly implying that.If I would be walking down the street and some stranger came up to me and told me that I was a Nazi I would probably not have the countenance the maintainer showed

@bonifartius @reverend @begsby @linuxnews FOSS ist mittlerweile für die Wirtschaft und die Privatperson spürbar ein Teil der Infrastruktur geworden. Da habe ich keinen Schmerz, dass mit meinen Steuergeldern zu finanzieren. Wo Tröge, da auch Schweine - das wird nicht zu verhindern sein.

@DrALJONES Israel learned a lot from the so-called 3rd reich. Maybe they should have learned that inflicting suffering, apartheid and genocide is *bad*. It seems they learned that it is totally fine if they do it. And the world watches because opposing genocide apparently suddenly is anti-semitic

@stux I have a dedicated server („Serverbörse“) that has 64GB ECC RAM and two SSDs (each 1TB). I pay 40€/month. That is more than enough for my needs. The disks are direct attachment (nvme), so speed is not an issue
