@vesperto @badtux @cstross I came here to say exactly that. Russia is obviously in the wrong in invading and waging war against Ukraine (Putin is insane). On the other hand the US is grateful for the opportunity of getting into another proxy war against Russia, without the need of feeding the death machine with it's own people. OTAN thanks Putin for the opportunity. Be aware of imperialist powers PsyOps and propaganda war. And that is being waged by all parties involved.

@vesperto @badtux @cstross sometimes I think we'd be better if nuclear power countries just pointed their nukes at each other and offed themselves away...but it would be just like the decapitation of the dictatorial regime in Iraq. you cut the big dictator's head, and ten smaller dictators spring to take its place.each more brutal and virulent than the previous one.there's no solution to humanity.

@vesperto @badtux @cstross EXACTLY! put Zelensky and Putin on a box ring, let them dish it out and settle this shit without more innocent people getting caught in the crossfire. throw biden in too. and all CEOs of the Military-Industrial complex... the ones supplying both sides of this pointless (and very lucrative) conflict.
