A lot of people are twisting my words about the problem with cannibal trans women.Do I think all trans women are cannibals? Of course not. Some of my friends I respect are trans, and never once displayed necrophagist tendencies. However, it is important to recognize that cannibals can be of any ethnicity or gender orientation. That's the problem with people saying "NO trans women are cannibals" instead of holding cannibal trans women accountable for feasting upon the flesh of the living. We're only trying to get rid of actual cannibals here, and all I'm asking is for trans women who have fully grown out of their cannibal-sympathizer phase to step out and acknowledge their cannibal fragility. I think we can all agree cannibalism is bad, why should we give a free pass to trans women who repast on the entrails of children? A lot of this is really closing ranks to protect cannibals. And given how common trans women are on 4chan's /ck/ board, it's no surprise many didn't do the work of unlearning their internalized cannibalism. But as a whole, most trans women are NOT cannibals, and I will block anyone who pretends I said that.

The lack of a unanimous response over calling tech.lgbt "just like kiwifarms" is absolutely pitiful. In any more functional scene, you'd be laughed out of the room months before you'd accrue the social capital to say absurd shit like this.Instead, you can say this and still manage to be taken seriously and cause damage.And tech.lgbt is a deliberate target. The targets victimized so far were trans weirdos who self-host pleroma for a group of 6 friends. The sorta people who are also plural / autistic / furry / permanently destitute and dependent on mutual aid.Now, the stakes are raised, but not too much: yes, tech.lgbt people are a bit more presentable as a whole, there's more cis gays, and they are not all economically lower-class (as "tech" implies). But they are still very neurodivergent, explicitly welcome furries, and so forth: far from being model minorities in the respectability olympics. And there's only 4 thousands of them - still small enough to be a rounding error. And they have an history of preferring appeasement.So what do you say? They would make a fine scapegoat, do we sacrifice them?
