@stux In Poland we now have 2 levels of schools, a bit earlier we had 3 levels (6years, 3years, 3years) and each of them was starting at prehistory, some Iraqi stuff, then Egypt, Greece, Rome... and as far as we can reach until school ends, and that for three times but with deeper topics, more about politics, details... So often we dont reach WW2 or just go thru it as fast as we can so we can barely touch cold war and what happened in Poland after WW2 aka Socialism, all local events that provided way for Solidarity and 1990 So WW1 was better described. Also a lot of stuff was going on in WW1 on our territory and has a deep base in our XVIII and our "great and lovely owners" in XIX century. And this whole shit from both 1914-1920 and post WW2 politics makes base for todays politics.

@stux I love how some random person years ago described for me why we cannot believe in "catholics have to be good because of this past death stuff":Catholic doesnt have to be good. He can sin, go to priest, tell him his sins, and get a blessing. Atheist cant be blessed for his sins so he have to be good all the time.

Ok so today one company - that I am paying to - decided that I have to pirate their movie. Dear Disney, If I am paying you for your stupid subscription and my kid wants to watch your movie - then i should just login my TV and watch it right? right?No. I had to download it from torrents and show her. Because you decided that my TV is not in my home. I logged in. I put 2FA. I put additional code from mail. And after that i saw "Sorry this device is not in your home, fuck you" So for now - I have downloaded that stupid Frozen from 2013, I put it onto USB stick and into TV. Kid watched movie. I unsubscribed from Disney +. Now I am installing jellyfin on my homeserver. I have procrastinated it for months... Today was the day that i put my feet onto a boat in a well known bay. Bye bye

A ... sprawdziłem bo w sumie jak trafiam na jakieś takie argumenty o języku to często siadam, zakładam kolejne konto na weblate (bo jak zawsze robię to na już i nie chce mi się przywracać hasła... ) i spędzam parę godzin dowożąc polski ;-)

@mkljczk @to3k Nie przesadzajmy... osoba/osoby od Graphene nie oskarżają tylko postmarketOS o całe zło, oni oskarżają każdy inny projekt związany ~~ z androidem o to że niszczą im rynek/projekt/świat. Tak samo wspomnijmy o ficzerze który ma Lineage czy ktokolwiek inny to okaże się że właśnie próbowaliśmy zabić im dziecko zardzewiałym widelcem... Btw nie bawi Cię że "antyGoogle" system wymaga sprzętu google? To trochę tak jakbym chciał uwolnić się od produktów z teflonem w mojej kuchni i kupował stalowe patelnie od Tefala, albo uciekał od TV do streamingów, ale dostęp do internetu kupował od operatora TV... (oh wait... to akurat robię)

Może mi ktoś powiedzieć PO CO pracownikom magazynu firmy (wózkowi, sortowacze towaru, osoby kompletujące zamówienia... - mówię o podstawowych rolach) dostęp do Gemini, szkolenia online z AI i inne tego typu bzdury?Pytam bo firma z którą się wymieniam: czas za złotówki, robi takie szkolenia, wymaga odpowiedniego poziomu znajomości ai przez pracowników od przełożonych itd... No przepraszam ale jeśli to nie jest oddawanie zysków firmy googlowi to ja nie wiem co.

@pawel @emill1984 Poważnie? No wróćmy na ziemię, rekrutacja na stanowiska menedżerskie nie odbywa się z magazynierów. Nawet jeśli zaś miałaby to ... Sensowne jest wówczas zorganizowanie dla tych kilku osób osobnego szkolenia dedykowanego... Nawet kilkudniowego.I tak wyjdzie i lepiej i taniej niż przepalanie godzin kilkuset ludzi plus płacenie za szkolenie i za tokeny... Gdzie ludzie teraz się wygłupiają w przerabianie swoich zdjęć prywatnych i robienie dziecku pracy domowej. Więc kasa firmy płynie...
