@stux Sorry, I didn't mean or imply to be sarcastic - it is unusual only given the bill of rights i the US and other equivalent documents other countries have. It cannot be answered because the question is embedded in history, politics and culture. By your logic, an adult person today who doesn't know about the world will be the only one to answer it without bias.

@stux I hear you. Even if a person is not from the US - given the cultural (pop and otherwise) influence it has on the world, especially when most know it is embedded in law, they would not be able to answer it a straigt yes or no question of this nature.

@stux Yeah, you wanna try. I feel you. But such a significantly simplified question will not even be considered to even begin to inevitably be disparaged and scoffed at. A much more nuanced and a "smarter" question is what we need. But even then, I feel like it will be because most will still look at the law first and then answer the question.
