@wilmhit This meme doesn't apply to me mostly since I use Linux half the time (and GNOME doesn't do desktop icons without an extension) - but it's probably still annoying to many people.

@kaia Yup, if it's OLED burn-in is a possibility.You could try using one of those pixel refresh sites, that may do something but I'm not too sure.

Twitter was my social home for two to three years. To see it torn to pieces makes me angry and sad at the same time. Yes it was a hellsite, but I'd met a lot of people there and had carved out a nice little corner where I could be me along with my friends.It's a shame that I had to dump it like I did. I cannot stay on Twitter with that madman at the helm, or anywhere near it. Especially in the state it's in now.'Tis the end of an era.

Windows 7 reached end of support in January 2020 and even the extended security updates are done for now.I know most people aren't here, but seriously, if someone is, you're just making yourself a target for attacks from malicious actors.Get Windows 10, 11, Linux, whatever - just don't keep running 7.
