So now I'm 47 and all I can say is I feel a hell of a lot better and more confident than I felt at 37 or 27 or even 17, for that matter. I've done a lot of things over those years and so far, no regrets. Here's to growing old disgracefully.😀🥂

A PSA from a seasoned protestor I know:Regarding the national guard being called out to Los Angeles because people are fed up with ICE grabbing people:Douse eyes with water after a tear gas attack; not milk.It's hard to keep milk sterile especially now in the hot weather. Bacteria can contaminate the milk and potentially cause infection if applied to eyes or skin wounds. Water or saline solutions to wash out eyes after a tear-gas attack are a-ok.#NYC #LA #Resist #AbolishIce

@futurebird we have a bath that I've used twice in 5 years because it's not long nor deep enough to have my knees and boobs immersed at the same time. What's the point? Make baths for taller people! (And I'm only 5'6")
