katakanlah gue orangnya berpandangan liberal gitu dibanding kebanyakan indonesia, tapi apa sih masalahnya orang-orang yg mau melakukan premarital seks asalkan sama2 udah saling consensual, gak dilakukan di muka umum (gak bikin risih), juga melakukan safe sex (pake kontrasepsi dll), dalam artian gak ada pihak yg dirugikan... apa sih dasarnya menghukum orang tsb? #RKUHP #indonesia

kan mereka gak ngajak2 orang juga, jadi mereka gak ngerusak moral orang lain, ngehukumnya pake dasar apa nih? jadi pake alasan agama? jadi hukum kita tuh ngehukum dosa dong ya, apa artinya semua dosa itu harus dihukum? gimana dengan dosa meninggalkan ibadah? nanti perlu dipidana juga nggak? yang bikin rungsing itu hal2 kecil begini, kenapa urusan private jadi ranah publik?

@c_felis mumet kalau kayak gini...kalau semua harus ikut hukum agama, nanti gak bisa denger musik, berfoto, atau bervideo... karena agama juga ngelarang, kembali ke jaman jadul deh negara nggak maju-maju xD

@alexelcu walled garden is the place if you want complete control¹ and privacy², nothing stays private on the net unless you make it so.¹ as long as you run your own server and software² can only be achieved if you create hard borders/firewall

The problem with people wanting more¹ privacy on #mastodon / #fediverse, is that the standart itself is not excatly designed to 𝑚𝑎𝑥𝑖𝑚𝑖𝑧𝑒 that, #activitypub was created with an apporach to standardize an open system/interoperability first² and then add³ many many boundaries⁴ later when needed.¹ it's not wrong, btw² as opposed to 𝑤𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝑔𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑒𝑛 social media³ so much software ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 needed to achieve this⁴ potentially will break the compatibility in the network

The funny thing is if we go hard on the privacy side of remaking social media, we will eventually ended up 𝑟𝑒-𝑖𝑛𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 closed system social media (a la walled garden) *gasp*So it's not that smart either to do that. 😂

Theoritically If #threads ends up joining #fediverse via #activitypub open protocol, we will have choice to optimize the privacy by not using their software /spyware app, and use opensource software instead
