So this has got me the closest to quitting Linux; netplan... All I wanted to achieve was a static IP address on Ubuntu 18.04. so/etc/network/interfaces isn't used any more so I took to learning netplan. This seems way too fickle with using yaml. I must have written out good known working IP address config multiple times only for netplan try to tell me to go to hell. I finally got this working by copying from a forum and then adapting. Feels retrograde. Very uncool #lunux :(

@DestinationLinux Manjaro, only just recently swapped from mint as I needed support for my new RX5600XT. Loved the install but performance with the new GFX card is way below Windows at present :(

@omnipotens we've had to accelerate our Teams implementation from 3 months to 2 weeks! Joining the rest of the world I guess. There's gonna be some CDNs on their knees somewhere!

@ChrisWere have you looked at https://remarkable.com/ beautiful device, supports epub and PDF plus lots of other features. Very expensive though :0(
