@lou I wonder if the licence is also at play there - a brief look its a “do what you will with this, come one, come all, it’s free” seems to imply he didn’t want/care for anything.Maybe he should just change the licence - but then…. that wouldn’t stop anyone forking the version prior to such a change.

@lispi314 @lou That would be a logistical nightmare tho - if the shins at the lowest layers - your application might be 10+ layers above that - that’s a mass licence infection that’d instantly see it forked I’m sure.

@ctron @bobmcwhirter @janriemer I would _never_ recommend markdown if I could avoid it, it’s just too limiting for decent documentation IMHO. I see there’s a ticket for converting to HTML which, could be interesting to potentially integrate that with various code documentation stuff ( rustdoc integration, java doc processor ) - https://github.com/typst/typst/issues/114#issuecomment-1479936858_ It’s a shame Swagger / RAML mandate Markdown in their processing (I did a custom RAML gen using Asciidoc)

I’ve been (marginally) enjoying trying @thunderbird out again recently, altho one annoying bug that irks me is this error compacting a mailbox as “another operation” is already doing it - Thunderbird is the ONLY mail client running - so it’s complaining about itself :(

@thunderbird Interestingly - today using the Daily build (yeah yeah, bleeding edge testers ;p) I’ve been having Thunderbird crash instantly on startup - altho it was running fine, when I changed mailbox, now it crashes - there’ll be a LOT of crash reports from me today I suspect ;p
