Thinking about technological independence from the US. @mensrea well, the OS has very little market share and Jolla has Russian money in it. That said, I'm not pushing Graphene, I just think it would be the obvious choice. The point is to have whatever that is not Android or iOS, for normal people to buy a phone with.BTW maybe /e/OS could be good as well.CC @EUCommission

@tek The layoffs in the past 2+ years have been based on vibes only. Absolutely no economic reason (other than greed). It's the same cargo culting as on the tech side: if FAANG fires people (uses Kubernetes), they must have a very good reason. Let's do the same and we will prosper!This was true even pre-LLM and it's now exacerbated by trying to replace pesky humans with digital slaves.
