@tilvids i agree completely! does anyone else question why @parler.com isn’t part of the fediverse? I just don’t get why people would be satisfied to move from one corporate owned bird site to another and act like there is reason to believe that the new corporation will live up to their promises better than the last. At least here i can build my own instance and no-one has to keep promises or have principles. I just have to show up in the town square and then people can choose to ignore me or pay attention, hell maybe they’ll even respond! we could have a nice (or not so nice) conversation and the only way it will get broken up is if one of us breaks the law or if one of us walks away! this is a closer approximation of communication IRL than any of the other walled gardens that have come before! I am so excited to be here!❤️

@sylveonSo we're not gonna pay the doctors? There's no such thing as free healthcare. There's no such thing as govt funded healthcare. The govt doesn't make money it funds everything it does with our tax dollars. If doctors have to get paid, then the taxpayers would have to pay for them. So really the question is, should non taxpayers get the benefits paid for by taxpayers?I can accept that as your belief, if you would care to explain your position? Im open to other views but, im tired of the miss framing of the questions? Not to say that your part of the problem, I just want us to agree the there is a lot of dishonesty from one camp or the other.Our real problem in america is that no-one is willing to have a conversation on either side of the political isle.

@kevIf you want the whole experience I definitely recommend the machete order. Hopefully you have watched the ones you've seen long enough ago that they can be new again. Machete order:New HopeEmpire strikes backEpisode 2Episode 3Return of the jediMachete order was conceived before the recent trilogy so they would be added to the end in release order. You would need to decide when to watch the origin story of Anakin if desired... I would suggest watching Episode 1 before the new trilogy though.
