@nobushia DS9 is the best Star Trek out there, particularily after the first season. Epic, semi-serialized storytelling that focuses on character rather than alien-of-the-week. It's a fantastic show.#startrek #ds9 #deepspace9

I have been off of the BirdSite for a month now. I have been really enjoying Mastondon.It's slower, and there is much less content, but way more interaction. There are a couple of things I miss, but I had a realization today that I felt I needed to share:The reason my Twitter timeline was so busy is that it was full of people trying to sell me something or trying to tell me what to think. There is no interaction to speak of because you're just the marketing target.

@Ruusu I've grown to really like the minimalist philosophy of Gnome. It's quick, snappy and feels really modern. Flatpak is just easier to keep certain things up-to-date.#linux #gnome

@paulo @Ruusu Minimalistic in its aesthetic. I wholeheartedly agree that it is missing some basic features. I replace the text editor and file manager with xed and nemo, for instance.
