@aral Having worked in the diplomatic service in the UK I have seen heated exchanges behind the scenes but in not in front of the media, at least not to this extent. It’s unforgivable. The Trump administration has just shown themselves to be divisive bullies, again. Trump has lost the plot and those around him are mirroring his disgusting behaviour because they are weak pathetic humans. Tax payers and the world deserve better.

@stux Trump is always about creating a reality TV show of himself. He has to do something every day in order to keep his name in the news, doesn't matter if its good or bad, or if he destroys the US in the process. Everyone knew what would happen if he was elected, unless they were completely "hard of thinking". I warned people to prepare for the worst case scenario.China knows. In China Daily today they only devoted one small article to Trump the Buffoon.

@stux When my Mother was alive she received a ton of these Microsoft scam calls. Every day. So, she went to the toy store and bought herself a whistle. Every time there was a scam caller she would blow the whistle down the phone, then hang up. My Mother played the trumpet, trained by James Last, so you can bet it would hurt the ears of the caller a lot.

@stux Most governments work on a "need to know basis". So beyond this interaction becoming public those who are invited to cabinet meetings, like Musk, don't really need to know much of the stuff that is going on to do his job, albeit badly. Even during Trump's first administration there was questionable practices regarding classified information. Classified information leaks can risk peoples lives, its painful to see them behave like this.

@stux The lesson learned from Mr Kirk is that he was everything no one should aim to emulate. If people were as shocked at every child that has been murdered in Gaza and Ukraine, as they are with Kirk’s demise, maybe we’d be in a better world today.

@stux My friend worked in the control room of a large casino here in Vancouver and she said they got to decide who the winners are, if any. The bigger problem are the online casinos with apps, every commercial break on TV churning out ads for them, it’s very annoying. The government says 3.3% of people who gamble develop serious addiction issues, doesn’t seem that much but 3.3% too many.
