@wowaname @veinglory @warmbeverageenjoyer I use POP because I'm an honest, god-fearing christian. It's the "Peace Outreach Protocol". The only people I ever see use IMAP are child molesters. They don't call it I-"MAP" for nothing.

@Lyx @pernia @warmbeverageenjoyer yeah I don't think I'd actually do it, getting payment to even work reliably would be enough of a headache, and people start expecting shit from you once you put money into the equation. something more fun IMO would be getting an account by running a node on the network, kind of like IRC networks where you register a nick by running a server. sounds like a job for revolver

@sally it took me like an entire day to figure out that a postgres module needed a specific configure line in order to build. their docs are good and say what to do, so maybe I'm the dummy here but they could've just defaulted it instead of sinking me in the hole of googling "x doesn't work" for hours on end
