I think the number one thing that helps me when i get depressed is stopping and re-evaluating the world like it’s new. Ive seen a million trees so i automatically ignore them but if i stop and look at a forest like ive never seen one it’s easy to be retaken in it’s majesty and understand what an incredible gift it is to be here at all. How cool the every day really is.
