       I need to learn to resist the temptation and go to sleep early (for me that means 23:00 at the latest), no matter what.Most of the time, I am simply disappointed with the amount of work I've done during the day, and am seeking to distract/relieve the pain via YouTube, Reddit, 4chan, etc.

       @Sosthene The thing with "working" late is that it is most of the time just reading articles on the internet, on various, scattered topics and thinking that you know about stuff.Unless you work fully focused, on a single topic, it is mostly a distraction for your mind.
