I feel like most people here uses some centralized exchange to buy and hence the apparent quiet on the question.

@sgtbobbyshaftoe no my workshops are totally free. I just happened to find some people that agreed to pay me in bitcoins for giving a hand all along the past year, it doesn't amount to much but it still feels great to earn rather than buy.
