Yesterday, @estebanm made a demo of Miller, a command line tool to process CSV files. It has nice features, like calculated columns. Feels like a command line spreadsheet! More: https://github.com/johnkerl/miller

@roguestew Welcome to Fosstodon! I joined 'recently' (a couple of months ago), and I've been enjoying it so far. Hope you too!

@hughsie Why do you say that indexes won't work? I guess that an index (id, start, end) would speed up that query.

@killyourfm It snowed in the mountaintops a few days ago but people from other regions tell us that we complain too much about the weather. Don't miss the visit to Teide and to the astronomical observatory -if open, there are tours and Linux is also used there ;-) Enjoy the visit to the islands!

@ariadne @almalinux I was only trying to explain why we have policies about CVEs in place because I am directly affected by them. I can understand what you say. Even if you don’t agree, I hope you have a better understanding of how we work. I would really love to see a successful collaboration but sometimes starts are more difficult than expected (don’t give up, Alma Linux!).
